Yes, we call this fractional marketing. For several organisations Driving Growth acts as a completely insourced marketing department, where we manage every aspect of brand and marketing. This gives the company a depth of global experience that would be hard to hire. And it’s more cost-effective than setting up their own department. It also gives immediate access to a whole team of specialists across a broad range of disciplines, rather than hiring only one or two people.
At Driving Growth our focus is business-to-business (B2B) branding and marketing, which represents roughly twice the total value of B2C marketing. Did you know that the top five economic sectors globally are all B2B? However, we do sometimes handle business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing, and our leadership team has deep international experience, especially in the international automobile, consumer electronics, and property sectors.
No, Driving Growth has both retained and project-based clients. Often branding a new company or rebranding an existing one is project-based. The subsequent brand and marketing rollout is usually easier to manage on a retained basis, with a defined monthly scope.
No we don’t. Within reason, Driving Growth looks at every project based on its merits. The project’s size, duration and commercial value are only some of the considerations. If it’s an interesting challenge for us; if we think we can drive growth in a business by creating more effective marketing; and quite simply if we like the clients, are usually the most important considerations.
We’ve been working in the Gulf since 2006 and the team at Driving Growth was responsible for branding many of the region’s leading organisations. For us, branding is much more than designing identities. It’s about aligning all possible touchpoints of a business to create a highly consistent, aligned brand experience. However, we frequently work with well-managed international companies where our work aligns with their existing brand, rather than altering it.
As an independent agency we don’t adapt work from others, instead we originate all our work. The team at Driving Growth has won dozens of creative awards from festivals all over the world, including Cannes Lions, Clio, Creativity International Awards, Cresta, The Drum, Epica, London International Awards, New York Festivals, and Effie, among many others. Our leadership team is frequently invited to participate as jury members at international festivals (in which case we obviously don’t judge our own work).

These events range from business roundtables, and participation at existing tradeshows, to air shows, and bespoke international country branding events worth millions of dollars.
